Highly Recommended. Beautiful!
I was lucky enough to stay here- excellent!! friendly staff, good food and very clean, couldn’t ask for anything more. Couldn’t be more pleased with the location- so close to the action! really takes ‘camping’ to a better, higher level!

The perfect Lodge in Ndutu

A good friend of mine and I stayed there for one night in May 2014. Since it was the low season we had the Lodge to ourselves. The views are spectacular, staff is helpful, friendly and very well trained….

Thrilling Place to be and a must for all Safari Lovers

It was the most awesome experience and will never forget the moment when I had a zebra walking past the balcony whilst I sat there reading a book ….it was like my own private pets moving around

“Two wonderful nights”

The lodge is beautiful and the staff is very carefully! this is probably one of the best lodges we visited. The rooms are very well equipped (many outlets to recharge cameras) very comfortable and quiet…….

Wonderful stay

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night. The staff, food and accommodations were excellent! The rooms even had an outdoor shower but unfortunately we did not use because it was cold. We enjoyed our stay and will come back when we return to Tanzania.

“Wonderful Tanzania. Awesome Lodge”

I’ve been in Lake Ndutu Luxury tented lodge with my partner this February. We stayed there for two nights during a 5 days safari between the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro parks. Despite the other lodges had already impressed us along our trip, Ndutu was the cherry on the cake at the end of our vacation: brand new structure, luxurious “tend”, and awesome food. I say “tend” because ours was more like a real room with all the comforts: shower, fridge, wifi, comfortable bed, and nice furniture in general. Still, the canvas separating us from the nature was thin enough to make us feel like we were sleeping with the lions. Two memorable nights that we’ll hardly forget.

The team appeared competent and always made us feel safe and welcome.

If in the period you are visiting Tanzania the animals are migrating nearby this area, I strongly recommend you to stop here along your safari.

“Safari trip”

The beginning of February was an excellent lodge for game viewing with terrasses and windows directly to nature and with the game coming very close hereto. The Accommodation was of a high luxury standard.

This was one of my favorite accommodations whilst on safari. We really were out in the wild, we had zebras right outside our room and we walked passed a few hungry lions on the way to the restaurant, such an amazing experience, and you could hear them roaring throughout the night. Food was good. Just wished we could have spent more than one night there!

Absolutely amazing

I stayed here for two days whilst on a University trip! I feel like this was the best accommodation I stayed at during our two weeks in Tanzania. I especially loved the fact that the camp wasn’t fenced off, I was able to walk past a pride of about 8 lions with the maasai guide.

I went to this lodge and couldn’t have asked for a better experience to be honest . Such friendly staff and very welcoming as well. There was a pride of lions outside our lodge and the manager called our room to tell us not to go outside . The food and the views were amazing. Even if the price is high it is worth it.

Beyond luxury!

Having done a 2 week safari with university, staying in some not so pleasant places, spending two nights here was exactly what we all needed! The rooms have a superb view of the plains and the viewing tower and restaurant make full use of this, we even spotted a couple of hyenas whilst having breakfast one morning. Not only is the view fantastic but also the rooms themselves. Being a large group we had a to share rooms and despite being in a group of three girls there was more than enough room in lodge Fisi. The bathroom was amazing with not only an indoor shower but also outdoor shower, allowing two of us to shower at the same time and the temperature or water pressure were both unaffected.
The staff were so friendly and treated us on arrival with big smiles as well as the customary warm towel and welcome juice. They couldn’t have gone out of their way any further to help us at all.
One of the highlights of the safari for me was walking back to the room on the first night and being metres away from a pride of about 8 lions. Luckily we had a Masai guide with us.
This place was amazing and I would definitely go back there.

we were one of the first visitors

Our trip to Northern Tanzania was organized by the Dutch touroperator named Jambo Safari Club and my wife and I were in the hands of Leopard Tours. We have spent a fortnight in this beautiful part of the country. One of the last days, early January 2014 we had the honour of being one of the first guests of this brand new accomodation. And I would certainly recommend this fine lodge. People are very nice and forthcoming and the food was very good. Nice place to stay a couple of days.

Excellent place right on the edge of the Lake Ndutu

Easily the highlight of our 8 day safari. We had two nights here and absolutely loved it. I don’t know about luxury tent, it was more like a luxury small house. Great food at the restaurant, great service and I think located in the most beautiful part of the northern circuit. Within minutes of driving we saw leopards, lions and all the usual big 5. Awesome. We had Maasai warriors walk us home from the restaurant to our ‘tent’ every night which we thought was a bit over the top, that was until we heard lion roars at dusk and from our balcony we shone our powerful torches into the bushes only to see eyes staring back from every direction, so the escort is definitely advised.

Loved the place and would go back tomorrow at the drop of a hat. It was a new place when we arrived, open barely 2 months I believe. I think we chose it originally because it was a low impact, ‘green’ project which the Mrs is passionate about. Owned by Leopard Tours and run efficiently.

Cant Get Better in the middle of the Wilderness!

Amazing place, Super hospitality, very welcoming management and Staff.
Clean and spacious rooms , hot water, 24 hours power.
The view is breathtaking and couldn’t get better in the wilderness.
Detailed work done.
Keep up the good work.Looking forward to visiting again

Awesome service + Amazing views!

We spent two nights at the Lake Ndutu Luxury Tented Lodge and we had a wonderful time. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and always ready to fullfill our needs anytime with the greatest of the smiles. Accomodation in the tents was perfect and the food was delicious. There are not a lot of tents and that is what makes this place special because you get to know most of the staff. Not to talk about the great views and the kind of sustainable construction used to build the tents. I would come back a hundred times and won’t be tired of this place!

🙂 Unglaublich!!
