simply great We were able to spend two nights here during our safari. The complex is beautifully located in a small forest. The “tents” are decorated in a very original way. The bathroom is a little dark. But you have a view of the untouched nature from the veranda. The restaurant is slightly elevated with a beautiful view over the pool to the lake. and the varied buffet left nothing to be desired. What we particularly liked here was the staff. We felt more like a friend than a guest. Special thanks to Elia who took good care of us the entire time.

Unforgettable Safari Bliss at Lake Ndutu Luxury Tented Lodge Our stay at Lake Ndutu Luxury Tented Lodge was absolutely incredible! The highlight for us was undoubtedly the staff – they're fantastic! I've got to give a shoutout to Israel and Amina, who went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. They were always on hand, ensuring we had everything we needed. We rocked up a bit late for lunch, but they made sure we didn't miss out on a delicious meal. Speaking of food, the buffet spread was always brimming with a variety of scrumptious options. The lodge also boasts an awesome viewing platform complete with a telescope for stargazing. Sadly, the stars played hide and seek during our two-night stay, but it was still a cool feature. The pool? A warm oasis, especially after the day’s heat. Our room was not only spacious but impeccably clean too. The outdoor shower was a total hit with us – such a unique touch! Our game drives were nothing short of spectacular. We spotted a whole cast of animals – from a pride of 7 lions to 3 sleek cheetahs, not to mention herds of zebras, wildebeests, buffalos, elephants, and giraffes. And how about breakfast in the midst of nature? Absolutely the best way to kickstart the day. But really, it's the staff who made our stay extraordinary. We kept thinking, "We've got to come back just for Israel, Amina, and the whole crew!" Huge props to the lodge for assembling such a stellar team.

Great dining staff! The staff were amazing, special mention to Alfred who made each meal time such fun! Whilst the food was a buffet, it was very tasty, well presented and always lots of choice. Such a lovely clean pool. Great viewing platform where we enjoyed reading our books overlooking lake Ndutu. The rooms are very clean but not the best we stayed in - they feel quite dark and it would be nice to be asked about the bed configuration. We were disappointed to be put in a room with 2 small beds rather than 1 large one. The outdoor shower has no outlook. We heard lions roaring outside our room on both evenings we stayed here which was incredible. Brill that the front of the lodges are glass so that you can enjoy the view at all times.

Exceptional! This lodge is simply magnificent, nestled in the middle of the savannah, you will be totally immersed in this unique atmosphere. The rooms are sumptuous, immaculately clean, all in a typical setting. And who can say about the staff, everything was perfect, I have rarely seen staff so available, considerate, friendly, smiling, there would still be a plethora of compliments! Top food! Go for it without hesitation!

Loved the animal excitement! What a perfect place to stay between December and March, as the animals are migrating through this area. Our tented cabin had all the amenities: comfy bed, fridge, big bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower, and a beautiful front porch to hang out. Service was very friendly, food was good, and being surrounded by animals meant you heard the lions all night long… Remember, the walls are a tent (and you hear your neighbours really well!). Everything was well maintained, and contributed to a wonderful experience!

Best place to eat and stay in Tanzania. The best accommodations in Tanzania! We received a welcome dance and music party to start our stay. We had wonderful entertainment at night. The food was the best of the trip. Moreover, the service could not have been more spectacular. everyone did everything possible to make our stay memorable, and it was. Finally, sitting on our back deck and having the giraffes standing and eating only a few feet from us was out of this world!

BEST LODGE STAY FOR ME My party of 6 just returned from our safari trip in Tanzania. We had a very pleasant and comfortable two nights stay at this lodge. We were so warmly welcomed by the staff with singing and dancing. They wore such broad smiles and friendliness as they showed us in. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and certainly above average. The dining area was clean, presentable and organized. The food, include the pack lunch for our safari outing, was good and more than enough. They even celebrated my friend’s wedding anniversary with a surprise cake with singing, beating of kitchen wares and dancing around our table. However, I would like to single one of its service staff, Alfred. In my opinion, he is what makes this the best lodge for me. Always cheerful, smiley, attentive, willing to go the extra mile to attend to our requests and its never dull when he is around because he speaks well, so animated and lively. In all the lodges I have stayed during this trip, he stood up heads and shoulder above the rest. Allen Tan

Lake Ndutu luxury tented lodge Well the drive here was interesting but well worth it. Lodges are fantastic and luxurious to say the least. Swimming area is amazing for being so far out and relaxing with bar area looking on to it. Restaurant was excellent and staff very friendly. Maasai warriors on duty at night . Well worth the visit and don’t be put off by tented heading as these are lodges are luxurious to say the least
