Lake Ndutu Luxury Tented Lodge is made up of 15 large guest tents, resting on wooden stilts and platforms elevated a metre from the natural ground and set 15 metres from each other for privacy. The luxurious tented rooms, all with wooden floor and nestling under makuti roofing for shade and protection against the elements, feature a large bedroom with oversize floor-to-ceiling glass panels at the front affording guests a wide view from inside across the balcony to the natural scenery outside.
Offering a true African safari experience with a unique blend of nature and luxurious living, the tents feature large beds with mosquito netting, bedside tables, sofa seats with a coffee table, wardrobe, hairdryer, dressing table, a writing desk with chair, luggage rack, a mini fridge, and tea & coffee making facilities. Fresh colours and natural carvings with the traditional African culture as the central theme are used for interior decorations. The en-suite bathrooms include a flush toilet and a separate shower, two hand wash basins, and an open-air shower, all with hot and cold running water. This is an eco-friendly lodge with solar power as the source of electricity, supported by two standby generators and invertors. – See more at: http://tnshospitality.co.tz/ndutu/guesthouse.html#sthash.Nsbcbb61.dpuf
